Pause button in app store downloads does nothing

2 Dec 2019 Is the Google Play Store not loading or is it not downloading apps? These changes can stop the Play Store from functioning. Note that you'll need to tap the three-dot Menu button at the top-right of the All apps screen same,its showing downloading but nothing will be downloaded even after 30 mnts.
